right on Fuzzy it's always better to get stuff like that from a shop than ebay. even if it costs a bit more. i had a similar prob with an ebay seller regarding my main studs and rod bolts. i kept asking for a tracking number and he just replied with "it's on the way" or something along those lines. so after 5 weeks i called fedex and they had no record of the package. I then msg'd him saying that i called fedex and they told me there was no record of the package meaning it wasn't shipped. I asked for a full refund including shipping or i was gonna contact ebay and paypal. within the hour i had my money back and a msg saying his shipping guy used USPS and it was lost. i got them locally for an extra $40

I don't know about that. Eric has good prices on what he has but it's impossible for one shop to have the best price on everything.

Best pricing is one thing, but try getting the owner of any other shop on the phone at 9:00 on a tuesday night. Most shut down and go home after 6:00. It's pretty easy to get ahold of eric or nick at any hour... something that may be worth a tad more from time to time.

Customer service > lowest price always

Customer service > lowest price always
Availability of hard to get parts > all

The other shops that I deal with also have great customer service but Eric does answer his cell at 11pm.
