This Video was made in October, racing the Brno circuit in Czek Republik.

Nice vid, I wouldn't exactly say chasing down since the ITR gets owned in the corners when the Porsches out brake it. This looks like a HPDE where some people are going slow, and others are going faster. The ITR sounds pretty sweet for a race car. I don't know if I could live with all that wooshing and popping on a daily basis though.
The gearing sounds a little short considering how quickly the ITR driver has to shift. Have you ever seen the vids with Austrian type R's car? Thats what I call owning the germans, and italians ;) |
^ i think that is austrian type r's car..

considering the money spent (maybe 1/3 of the porche) it's still very impressive performance. i'd love to take either of those for a few laps

Yeah he's gotten bigger brakes, but I'm not sure what brake setup he had during that vid.
His recent brake upgrade http://www.honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=1439462 http://www.voehr.com/upload/auto//ta...scaled_800.jpg http://www.voehr.com/upload/auto//ta...scaled_800.jpg http://www.voehr.com/upload/auto//ta...scaled_800.jpg http://www.voehr.com/upload/auto//ta...scaled_800.jpg |
nope... those need the 17 inch rims he has mentioned he will be installing next season... I am almost positive he is running stockers in that clip...
Anyhow, the brakes above seem very nice pieces... |
