Why? ever since the inception of TI - we have never had to censor or ban people's comments unless warranted i.e death threats, etc. Suhk, you out of all people should know that.

I remember how things were, but I figured by now since TI had outgrown the small board stage, that protocols may have changed. The main reason people prune or purge data is to reduce load on server (it makes it faster to surf the board). Besides I thought the purpose of moderating threads would include Spamming, Whoring, Classified Fraud, and Racial Slurs as well along with death threats.

 

Actually the D200 was under $2000 when it was released, not $2500. For $5500 I'm guessing you are looking at the D3, but I'd suggest you spend your money on lenses instead since it appears that you were likely using the 18-200VR for all those shots.

D200 = "Good enough"??? lol, crap you are a bit full of yourself eh?...

There are real pros out there still taking amazing pictures with the dated D70s.

If you can't take a "good" picture with a D200, then no new camera is going to help you.

With all the effort I and many before me have done the thankless job of cleaning up the unnecessary babble of the few incompetent members. I don't moderate as much as I used to for the simple fact is I rather be mountain biking, hiking, climbing and photographing wildlife. Plus I don't even live in Ontario.

I used to kill the commerce section and then get the "oh be politically correct". But unless someone else stepped in, they wouldn't noticed. I am up for ANYONE to moderate this forum, as I already do 4 other forums all with other distinct rules/protocol. T.I. has been different from other forums because of it - the reason why I come back.
