Jimmy how did you feel after eating them? My cousins always have bad experiences with White Castle and they live right around the corner from one...you can also buy those burgers from alot of grocery stores in the States

A place called krystals has burgers like that in the states as well. Very small burgers in a paper box thing and you buy a shitload at one time. It hillarious how everything there (the us) is so huge and you get so much food - our supersize stuff is their regular large or medium.

 

Did you know in some stores, like Mexx, they have different sizing on the tags for Canada and US? A US medium is a CANADIAN large, a US large is a CANADIAN extra large, etc. It's because they are all so big there from their fast foods and stuff.

each burger was like $1.30 ... the crave case of 30 was $13 ... the 10 burger combo was $10 - it was pretty bad.

Start slowly. If you usually eat fastfood 3x a week, cut down to 2, then 1 the week after. I tried doing this @ the start of the year, and I'm down to like once a week. Most of my fastfood munching was actually due to where I work and the lack of healthy food around me (is PHO healthy? ). I've been bringing food to work more & more lately, and that's always good.
