Hey guys, Paul and i were tossing around the idea of holding a TI BBQ soon. What does everyone think? Weekend might be the best choice.

I say downtown by ontario place, on a sat or sun, lots of parking great places to take some pics, Can play some black ops for the few that show up early. But your shop works too

Was thinking of a park of some sort, but...Holung's place works we got a BBQ over there?

ok boys, im thinking Sunday seems like the most wanted day.

Would most people say that Aug 28th(this one coming up) would be too soon?

If not... i think the next weekend in the longgggggg weekend and most might have plans. Sooooo if those dont work... how about Sept.11th?

The only thing is the 28 and 4 I wouldn't be able to but the 11th or any other day works for me

I say the 11th. 28th is kinda short notice for a lot of people. and also the 28th is Importexpo's track day @ Mosport. Free admission to spectators so can't say no to that lool. 11th also gives more planning time to ------ the word. I'm sure we can get mass pm's via admin to get good numbers to come. Having it in scarbs is awesome because of all the members out there that don't come out to our west end meets. And we know west enders are always down for a cruise as long as someone has a wicked camera. Let's do it up guys!

Ok, im with Vida on this one as well. im thinkign the 11th might work best. ill set up an offical thread when i get info on Holung shop

I agree. This weekend's too short notice for sure, the 11th isn't too much to ask, especially since school's only starting for most and there's no way things will get heavy that quickly.

I don't mind buying the meat if everyone pitches in like $5 depending how many people are planning to attend.
