I do not want to organize the niagara cruise anymore.

Guys in east end. You can set up a meet at Kennedy Commons to roll down to Niagara

I think we should do the same as last year and meet at the Burlington Meet spot all together so we can ALL, (east and west end) roll down to Niagara, so no one is left driving alone down there

No, once we get into niagara we will go on side roads and drive to good places.

we cant take side roads to niagara from the gta. impossible.

What I ment was, last year you guys did all highway and all city. Not a lot of senic routes.

Just FYI we didn't follow the route I posted. So don't comment on things you don't know.

Dont get mad bro, it was your 1st event and you dont live in niagara. So its not your fault.

lol im not getting mad, but it will be about the same thing. we cruised through country roads well before we hit Niagara.
Except paul and few others who got sort of lost....

Guys, Burlington meet spot at Walkers Line? same as last year? The east and west can meet there.

So this cruise is starting at 11am in Niagara? What ever happen to the cruise that started ust off the QEW and went back roads all the way TO Niagra?

There is no such thing as taking the back roads to niagara from anywhere before st.catherines.

Unless you want to cruise from hamilton to cayuga, and that will lead you to niagara falls. 2.5 hour back road cruise. Nobody wants that.

Back in the day we use to meet at the service center at casablanca exit, and not take 1 highway to Niagara, went through lots of fun roads, welland tunnel, and always ended up in Niagara somewhere. Very scenic drive it always was. Im going to try to find the route....

This kind of looks fimilar, but ends in Thorold, not sure the route it took from there to Niagara.

that end point is about another 20min to niagara falls. If you guys can find your way to my destination off of the highway, be my guest and take that route.

That route seems so much more interesting.

Anthony, though you are organizing this and you may have something planned out for the end of the cruise i should say, how about the rest of the drive.

Map something out from burlington...im sure no one would mind driving extra 50km or so on country side roads rather than highway.

Just a suggestion, but if there are more interesting routes to take to get to Niagara, why not follow them? Then, when you get to Niagara, enjoy the rest of the route that Anthony has mapped?

A few additional ideas will make it a more scenic cruise. And yes, there are some totally more interesting ways to get from Burlington to Niagara. :yeah:

This route sounds waaaaaaay more interesting.

Yeah, I just offered up an idea that I knew of...sometimes it's good to have a few suggestions. If the route you've been on works, David, then you probably know from first-hand experience that it's the better way to go. :yeah:

The only thing is to cruise that and meet by 11 we would have to leave grimsby around 8am which would mean a lot of people leaving at 7am........

JDM, Im sorry if it seems like Im trying to mess up the plans, just a suggestion. Maybe you could meet in Grimsby and then take that route and continue it into Niagara??

Whoever wants to take that route going on all the back routes...be my guest. Just be at my location at 11am.

Unfortunately, the Toronto Integras Niagara Cruise' idea has been cancelled, for now. :(

Sincere apologies to those who showed interest in going, your support meant a lot to some of us who wanted to see this thing succeed, but didn't seem to matter to others who decided to abandon the project. :(

However, if anyone is still interested in putting together a Niagara Cruise, feel free to set up a thread and make the arrangements. :)
