I have a 1996 Honda Accord Exr - Manual for sale, in Toronto - GTA.

I'll try to be as thorough as possible.

Need driveway space! Just bought another vehicle, therefore this 1996 Honda Accord is up for sale. All major services upto date on this vehicle, such as (have receipts):
1. Timing Belt & Water Pump
2. Spark Plugs and Wires
3. Alternator
4. Front Tie Rods (left & right)
5. Oil changes done on regular interval - every 3months or 5000 km (usually every 3months)

Vehicle has power windows, locks, mirrors and moonroof.
EXTRAS - Remote starter (great for those cold winter days), snow tires (approximateley 12000kms). Comes with ALL SEASONS tires on SEPARATE (prelude) RIMS too.

Good:
Aside from the EXTRAS as stated above, great on gas and cheap on insurance. Transmission and clutch was changed about 30,000 kms ago (no grinds and no slipping). Windshield has been replaced. Heat and A/C works well. Mechanically, this vehicle is up to date and no major service is required for a long time.

Bad:
Small rust spoton the driver side-rear door (doubled the size of a toonie).

Due to my work schedule, this car will NOT come safetied. For safety, I believe all it will need is power lock actuator (front passenger door) and as for the e-test, it passed last year (summer time) with flying colors.

Money spent over the past couple years is more than what I am asking for this vehicle, therefore the price of $1899 is firm.
