- All original factory paint in excellent condition, except the hood, two front fenders, front bumper and side mirror housings, painted 8 years ago. Small paint chips noted on front.
- Interior super clean condition.
- One minor small, narrow, shallow dent in the hood, 2 inches long, and only 1/8 inch deep, paint is not broken, no sign nor risk of rust. One small dent near gas tank on left rear side.

Mechanical condition:
- Emission passed and tested (2011 and 2009).
- Very well maintained
- Oil change every 3 months ever since I bought the car 4 years ago. Previous owner since 1997 meticulous with oil change + rust checks.
- Reliability and excellence of a Honda product designed and built in Japan.
- Honda noted rear rotors need changing March/April 2012
- Honda noted small leak from exhaust, does not require repair until later 2012.
