I have a 1991 Honda Civic Hatchback SE for sale, in Toronto - GTA.

Mileage: 149100km

I bought this from the original owner in June 2010. 149,100 ORIGINAL kilometers. I was told he only drove it in 3 winters since 1991. I have $4500 invested in the cost of the car and maintenance done to the car. Very clean (no kids/dogs), and no tears or damage to the interior - it's as if the car was brand new. Meticulously maintained (all these years at a Honda dealer) - I will supply service records. No leaks. Huge list of new parts (see below). The car does not need a thing! This is the SE model which was available only 1 year, which was the last year of the ED/EF chassis that Honda included many SI parts as a bonus (such as SI cluster with tachometer and clock, center console pocket, fully-clothed seats, power steering, etc.). Car is in excellent condition as you can see from the pics. I'm selling because I have limited parking. This is an unmolested car that is as OEM as you can get. Original paint.

New parts (all OEM Honda unless otherwise specified):
-Honda timing belt, water pump, coolant flush, thermostat, heater core hose.
-Engine mount.
-Hawk HPS performance front brake pads with Powerslot/Centric solid rotors, with new OEM rear brakes.
-Motul DOT 5.1 racing brake fluid flush (high temp).
-Transmission fluid flush (Honda OEM fluid)
-Exedy OEM clutch with lightened (10.9 lbs) racing flywheel (for better throttle response and acceleration) with new clutch fluid.
-4-wheel laser alignment done at Speedstar.
-Fuel Injection cleaning (ultrasonic method).
-Intake manifold and throttle body cleaning.
-Distributor Cap and Rotor.
-NGK Iridium Spark plugs.
-NGK Ignition wires.
-K&N drop-in OEM replacement air filter (washable and better performance).
-Taillight gaskets and one new taillight (was leaking water due to age...common problem).
-Michelin Reflex wiper blades.
-23% tinted windows from Audio Heaven.
-Custom Zoro exhaust system (muffler painted black) for a little bit of sound (not loud). Looks stock SI with dual tips!
-New Pioneer speakers.
-NOTE: The 5-spoke Acura Integra rims do not come with the car and they are not for sale. The car will come with it's original 13" steel wheels with covers. The 5-spoke rims are not for sale whatsoever.

This is a Honda purist's car. It has no A/C, no power locks, no power windows, so it only weighs 2100lbs. You can drive it as is or build a race car. But with 149,100 original K's, it's kind of a waste to throw the original motor away.

Ok, highest offer so far is $2700 cash (without having to wait for the guy to get funds). Anyone else want to bid higher? I will seriously start considering it if no one else wants it.
