Wingless Integra

Wanted to get rid of the wing on my teg, but realized I'd be in need of a 3rd brake light...since right now its located on the wing. Only reason i'm concerned is I if I get pulled over without it...I could get a ticket for not having one right?

If there is no ticket involved for not having that extra light, then i'm just gonna shave off the wing, but if it is a problem, then would it be easier to just buy/trade for another hatch that's wingless? Or is there anyway I could get that 3rd light out of another Integra & put it on my car?

in the case of a public vehicle which shall display amber lights at the front, and three lighted lamps displaying red lights at the rear
Aright, so I found that in the HTA....so I do need a 3rd brake light in the rear if I get rid of the wing.

Yes I have...but my issue is since my car came with a wing, the 3rd brake light is integrated in the wing. So if i get rid of it I loose that light.
My plan was to just get a wingless hatch and swap it over, but I was just wondering whether I could get the 3rd light assembly out of another integra and simply hook it up against my rear window instead of having to replace hatches.

Thanks Buff, I'll probably try getting the 3rd light out of another teg then. if it doesn't fit & hold well then I'll jus swap the hatch.

Straight from the HTA:
a.k.a you only need one working brakelight.

62. (1) When on a highway at any time from one-half hour before sunset to one-half hour after sunrise and at any other time when, due to insufficient light or unfavourable atmospheric conditions, persons and vehicles on the highway are not clearly discernible at a distance of 150 metres or less, every motor vehicle other than a motorcycle shall carry three lighted lamps in a conspicuous position, one on each side of the front of the vehicle which shall display a white or amber light only, and one on the rear of the vehicle which shall display a red light only. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 62 (1).

I pulled off my third brakelight when it started to rattle cause of my system. I also shaved off the rear wiper nozzle, wiper, antennae and keyhole on the trunk. nice and clean
