wierd ticking sound?
 

i have a wierd ticking sound in my motor i have a 2000 integra se. i got a valve adjustment and it still seams pretty loud. anyone have any kind of idea of what it can be??

open the hood and listen to what area it's coming from. Ticking can be many things. Help us narrow it down for you.

it's hard to lisen from where it's comming from. id say from the valve cover...

do you have aftermarket valvetrain?

no, nothing aftermarket.

could be an exhaust leak...... do a cold start up and run your hand around the Manifold.. feel for leaks.... I had a similar issue back in the day.... it was a smoked mani gasket...

Check your oil level. Change oil and Filter. Add Moly Slip Engine Additive.
