Who Did the conversion on their own??HELP

Can any one tell me how they got the usdm splash guard (front) to connect to the jdm front bumper cover???OR did you get the jdm splash guard...and where can I get this bad boy? Thanks Everyone!

In the wheel wells I can see this....but underneith at the front? same deal?
