Whine.

When the motor is under no load. Something in there whines. It sounds like the timing belt. Does anyone have any idea as to whether a tight timing belt can mess up your motor?

problem 2 is. Im thinkin the brake pads..shake and rattle in the calipar. when the car is moving. Got ne idea how to fix it? Mostly Fronts and a tiny bit in the rear.

its probably just a belt...but not the timing belt...when that goes, trust me, you'll know... most likely just a alternator or power steering belt thats on its way out

^^^If its the belt you can buy a can of belt dressing at Canadian Tire. Or it could be that you belt is lose that its losing grip, just tighten it back up.
