Where do you recycle your Oil?
Where do you recycle your old oil/used liquids??? And is it free?
there is one in Hamilton that i go to and yes its free i think it's environment canada hazerdous waste division. They take paint cans, oil rad fluid etc..... maybe look into that for Bramton area or even call the dump see what they say.
theres one in dundas (west hamilton near mcmaster) and they have a recycling, hazardous waste, and obviously the dump. I know recycleables are free, but I don't know about hazardous waste
Or just go and leave it behind a random shop, and they will get rid of it,lol.
ya, i just leave it at crappy tire
any store that sells it, leagaly must take the old oil back, I used to take all mine back to crappy tire but a friend of mine has a waste oil burner that heats his shop, so i give it to him.
Ya I thought Crappy Tire takes it back..

South of Milton on bronte Rd there is a waste management centre. They take used oil coolant paints etc. there is a 4 litre max for ea but it is not enforced. i have brought 4 jugs of oil and 4 of coolant and there were no questions. They don't accept Garage waste e.g. drums of oil...
They also take 5 used tires each trip which is great! 5 bucks for a carload of garbage. (oh and don't come if you are from t.o. :naughty:- they check the plates and turn you back).... |
canadian tire takes it, i do it everytime. sometimes i just leave it ontop of the garbage cans outside in the parking lot.
LOl ok Crap T it is then, thanks
