Default Wheel Balance

My rims have no outer lip for weights so they require the stick-ons. I bought new tires at Crappy Tire and they only have the ability to do a static balance for stick-ons. The result is that I have a little bit of shake when I am @ 120+km/h, can anyone suggest a good wheel shop to hit up for a dynamic balance?

I am at Yonge and Eglinton, so within 20-30 mins drive would be best.
