What is the Best A/T Fluid
 

What is the best fluid to use, does it matter if I use a different brand that what is in there (I dunno whats in there), I am using the drain/fill method. Can someone give me a good brand and where to get it. Thanks

It's all up to you what you want to use as a company. Pull out your dip stick on the tranny and look on it, it will tell you what kind of fluid you should be using in it.

If its an integra use the Honda Z1 I believe I used other brands like Castrol and had some problems with shifting

Where do you get Z1?

You can change brands during a tranny fluid change. Adding a litre to another brand sometimes is not advisable especially if adding synthetic. Follow your owners manual. It will tell you grade. when in doubt contact Acura Parts/Service dept.
