wet or humid, car won't start

I have a 1992 Integra with the stock b18A1 engine.

Begining last summer, it won't start if it's humid outside, but it starts fine if it's cool and raining (if that helps) or any other day when its not humid/wet. It'll start eventually after mutiple tries or if I wait till the next day (not as humid in the mornings).

I've changed the distributor, wires, plugs, timing belt/waterpump/thermostat was done recently, issue still exists. I've swapped the main relay under the dash as well.

Any ideas what else it can be? I tried to search, but looking for "no start" doesn't return very much.

buddy of mine had the same problem in his crx, his ZC wasnt starting either. He later found out there was water condensation on his spark plugs and in the cylinders. Dont ask how but ya thats what he found. Im assuming poor compression due to a crack in the block. But dont quote me on that, hope that helps.

I was gonna guess a bad seal on the distributor. Ford had a pretty big issue with it I think.

Had similar problem with my 93 civic, took it to a mechanic, he changed the distributor cap and rotor, and sparkplug wires. Never had the problem again. He said moisture was getting in the distributor cap, and my sparkplugs were just old.
