Default turbo on high compression

So they say if you go all engine its better to have high compression pistons and blah blah and if you want turbo you gotta have low, what if you're going all engine build but still want turbo, the only choice is a very small turbo? or what if you add methanol injection i'm thinking that can increase possibilities for a bigger turbo even with high comp all engine build?

That's usually what people do all engine high comp boost low comp...but I have seen so many boosted tegs with Type R heads, Usually they just have a "smaller" turbo and don't overdue it. It's all about the build do it right and will work. Been debating this for a good year now.

Exactly there are quite a few high compression turbo builds out there. Really depends on what your power goals are. But it can be done.
