Default Trouble with starts.

I start my car, it revs up normally, then the rpm drops first almsot to 0, then it bounces once a little bit then sometimes it goes to 0, if not it'll struggle at 200rpm or w.e for a second till going back to normal. DJInferno was there to witness this once before. I was told by a good friend that it may be the way my cars idle is set, and maybe i should increase it? Does anyone think that it may make a difference?

My gfs '92 LS did the same thing at one point.

I did in fact adjust the idle per the service manual and to my knowledge it hasn't done it since.

I'd make sure the IACV is clean before making the adjustment though.

The one thing thats always bugged me a bit since doing that is that the revs shoot up pretty quick to just over 2000rpm when starting the car cold. Almost seems a little too high to me, but I did set it the way you are supposed to so I dunno.

adjust the idle because the screw tends to vibrate loose after all of those years. My car used to do the same thing

Clean the IACV and FITV. Search G2IC for info.
