transmission question
 

96 GSR, the oil in it has about 40k. problem is
1st and 3rd gear is kind of notcy but not grinding.
what's the problem? will Honda MTF change fix my problem?

try some gm synchromesh...its a friction modifier tranny fluid...ive heard it works great on our trannys...ive yet to personally try this, but am going to in the very near future...

there are some members on here who have though...but maybe you just wanna do a basic tranny flush with regular tranny fluid first...if that doesn't work, hopefully the gm stuff will...
