Transmission?

I need some help figuring out what’s going on with my 98 GSR 160,00km on it.
I was going to take it out from its winter rest this week and started some work on it, when I stored it for the winter it has some clutch or transmission problems and I need to know what it could be.

Some of the symptoms

-when I release the clutch I hear a whining sound

-the slave cylinder is squeaks but has no leaks

-In reverse when its in gear then car start to roll back and that’s fine, but when I press the clutch in the car should keep on rolling but it seems like its not releasing and just stops.

-Problems going the car into 1st and 2nd still goes in but not very smooth

-1st gear is very jerky when the clutch first starts to grip, but after it grips it seems to hold strong no slipping.

I started to bleed the line to see if any air got in but it looked good, the fluid was very dirty but I think that’s normal.
I’ll drain the transmission fluid tomorrow and fill it with some fresh stuff to see if that will help in any way..

If anyone has seen this before please let me know, or any suggestions would be helpful.

Sound like one or more of the springs in the clutch disc have pop out or are on their way out. It's common problem on Honda clutches.

Well its not the clutch, somethings wrong with the transmission.. Uhhhh
Whats the better bet, start looking for a new one or get it rebuilt?
Any good transmission rebuild shops or a good place to pick up a transmission?
