Stacking isn't the best for the sidewalls, especially for the tire on the bottom. It's best to have them standing up, propped so they don't roll around (duh).

If you have to stack, then consider the stands that Marko posted above. They're not on sale anymore, but they do the job. I bought two for my R comps - they're sitting nicely in my room here.

thanks but i already have tire stands.
i was more concerned about air pressure.
since its gettin cold. should i let some air out?
and.. is it ok to keep the rubber out side in the cold for the whole winter?
like will it make the rubbers go bad?

thanks!

If they're street tires, then the rubber itself will be fine. R-comps you need to store properly because the cold will essentially kill them.

And just leave the air pressure the way it is. Obviously, it will decrease throughout the winter, but you'll want to correct the pressure when you put them back on in the spring anyway.
