I have 215/45/17 mounted on rims but need to replace soon, but all I can find is 205/40/17, just wondering will it fit? Thanks for the help.

Depends on what car it's for...

well how wide is the rim, it probably will fit. 205s and 215s usually go on a 7-7.5" width rim.

If its for your 17X7 Adr's the 205/40/17 should fit fine.

Don't know the spec's of the rims, and it's the adr and for the teg.

well if its a 17 inch rim ADR only makes one width (7 inch) for it. so 205/40/17 would be fine for your rims.

205/40/17 is the normal size for 17's for earlier model hondas - youre fine
