I just bought a 96 integra rs it's bone stock. What would be the best performance part to put in? I have a small budget

 

you can lower it, get a intake, a axle back muffler.

to be serious, get some lowering springs, lower it so atleast it looks good for now till you get more money.
otherwise you could throw an intake/exhaust. intake will cost yeah next to nothing, now exhaust will shrink your wallet a little.

keep it stock, especially on a tight budget you will see little to no performance gains, plus you wont get hassled by the cops
