this happened the first really cold day of winter i turned my key but nothing hapened, the lights went dim but thats all no enigne reaction then i tried a second time and after a 2 second delay my car strugled to turn on its b16a engine i though i just needed an oil change but that wasnt it now its doing more often even when its not that cold any ideas

ps. i hit vtec at 5600-5800 rpm is that normal for a b16 becasue i though it was in the 4s......

plugs?

yeah sounds like the battery. Could also be another electrical problem.

Get your battery tested and see how it is. Crappy tire has a tester but you have to bring your battery inside the store to test.

ive also been told that it could be my cut out switch or my starter all together, today i stalled my car right in the middle of traffic and my car woudnt start back up for like a minute it was so bad i found that it worked when i pumped the clutch though its weird cause when i got home, i turned it off and it started right back with no problems then an hour later it had the same symptom.....

ohh dam Otto i thought someone else was posting that lol.

It could be the clutch switch...if its out of adjustment it won't let the car start. Maybe your floormat is preventing you from pushing the clutch all the way down?
You have to crawl in on your back under ur dash and see the clutch switches and if they are properly adjusted...but first see if the floormat or something isn't under the pedal. *could also be a faulty clutch switch, so sometime it works, sometimes not so well*
