Starter problems(need help)

Ok boys heres the story,93 1.8 5speed(DA)
I rebuilt my starter this time last year, cause when it gets really cold out sometimes I can try and start and it won't crank at all unless I hold the key for a few seconds, sometimes I have had to hit the starter with a wrench.anyways started happening again this year.sent starter to rebuild shop and the guy told me its perfect and nothing is wrong,he suggested a clutch switch or ign switch, anybody have these same symptoms?

I went through the same thing.

I had my starter rebuilt summer of last year, then 1 month ago my car dont start. I know its the starter because I can Freddy flintstone it and it drives.

I brought the starter back to the rebuilder, they say its fine. I put it back in the car and it works. I just don't trust it.

So I said ---- this rebuilding place and ordered a 100% brand new one from www.rockauto.com

I ordered a brand new Bosch starter for $180 US with shipping.

You can get a 100% brand new one here in the GTA for about $180 CAN made by a company called NSA.
http://www.japanautoparts.com/

I'm waiting for my starter to get shipped.
