Squeeling Sound

Hi, i have a 2002 rsx and there is a squeeling sound at 2800rpm. Changed the flange gasket as thats what my mechanic thought it was. Any ideasto what it could be?

Maybe a belt is loose? Start with checking the cheapest one. Maybe power steering?
