Squeaky front end...steering feels wierd

Help!

94 Integra LS model...the front end is squeaky as hell and the squeakier it gets, the stranger it feels when I turn right:
-it is generally squeakier the further, or longer i drive
-in the morning when i go to work i can hear it but not as badly
-when i came home last night i went to the front of the car and pushed it up and down - 'squeak squeak squeak'...springs? it seemed louder when i pushed down on the right
-when steering to the right, later in the drive and at low speeds it feels really funny....i'm guessing its a bearing issue...its not a smooth turn...i feel resistance..

I'm not sure if this is a spring issue, or a steering system issue...or two seperate issues...i want to bring it in to a shop but don't want to get taken for $$..so am doing my research on possible causes first!

Thanks for your help.

prolly your balljoints, when ur car isn't moving and u move the wheel left or right so you hear the squeeks? You may have to go close to a wall like behind a building to hear it. Like a drive thru.

ur prolly gonna have to bring it in, you've mentioned characteristcs that could be other things.

Ya dude it's your ball joints they're seized and ready to snap. get them changed asap and don't use cheap parts

I'll get it checked out thanks. Two questions: how much could i expect to pay and what happens if they 'snap' at speed?
