Default Spark Plugs - trouble

hey guys so i changed my spark plugs about 200kms ago
and today i took them out to do my valve lash adjustment

here is what my plugs look like the order is cylinder 1 to 4 left to right

any have any idea wtf is up with this? seems like 1 and 3 look good but 2 and 4 look bad
also the previous spark plugs that i put in about a year ago also looked sorta like this but even worse... the the ceramic looked like it was flaking off (i still have the old plugs if anyone wants to see)

2 and 4 dosnt look like its oily but more like burnt ceramic like its crackling almost like crackle paint

thnx guys really appreciate any insight on this

2 and 4 are healthy, 1 and 3 are lean. Injector problem? How did your valve adjustment feel before you set them up properly? What did you set your valves too when your engine was cold?

it's hard to see with a pic but it's either 1 and 3 are lean or 2 and 4 are rich or burning oil.

i dont think 2 and 4 are healthy as the ceramic looked damaged. i dont know if im having injector problems but this makes it seem so.. valves before adjustment were loose last adjustment was last year. i adjusted to spec intake .006 fits .007 not exhaust .007 fits .008 not

i will post some pics of the old damaged plugs ill try to get a better quality cam

i know at the back of the haines manuels they have spark plugs pics of all different problems with them, give it a look and it tells you...if a spark plug looks like this...its lean, rich etc etc. GD

^ yeah i seen something like that i have it saved actually

it looks like it would be detonation problems or "pre-ignition" maybe injectors are bad and its becoming too lean on those 2 cylinders
i have some injector cleaner bullshit stuff should i see if that does anything.. i have some extra injectors but the problem is i dont know what they are off of :S been trying to find a way to identify them

They look brownish/tan to me which is healthy. Can't tell if there's any bits missing.. Try to get high quality pics.. And if you're running a b18b your intake should be set at .003-.005 no?

I found this:
"Light brown deposits encrusted on the ground and/or center electrodes indicate ash deposits. This situation is caused by oil and/or fuel additives. When the deposits are found on only one side of the spark plug core nose, it is usually considered to be a problem with the cylinder head (valve stem seals or valve guides). When they are found on both sides of the spark plug, it is often considered to be a problem sealing at the piston rings. This condition can mask the spark and, in some cases, contribute to misfire. Check for worn valve guides and valve stem seals and/or piston rings. The spark plug is the correct heat range and was a victim of the engine's condition, not the cause of it. Champion does not recommend the use of fuel additives which leave deposits on the core nose of the spark plug."
