I need to replace my spark plug wires, distributer cap and rotor....should i go for stock honda at a higher price or NGk at a lower price..is there a difference quality and performace wise??

NGK is the oem equivalent. That's what most sell now, so if you find the NGK's at a cheaper price other than the dealership, go for it.

Stock = Sumitomo and they no longer make them. Some dealerships may have some old stock of them though.
