Default smoke coming out

hey guys ><
soo, if i press the gas and some smoke comes out, i think is white smoke then it disappears and no smoke comes out, what is the issue?
Also, sometimes when I'm driving, I notice a faint smoky smell inside the car.

The car is currently at 205,000km.
What type of maintainance should be done?
Should I be doing a valve adjustment?

white smoke usually means coolent. It may be your head gasket partially leaking. check your coolent level.

Coolant. I had the same thing in my z24.. And within 5 minutes the motor was fucked. All of the coolant got mixed in with the oil. You better get that checked out ASAP

^ quad 4 motors are bullshit. when a head gasket goes in a Honda it's not the same. it's usually coolant in the combustion chamber not like your old Z24 and my old Grand AM where it's combustion chamber, water jacket and oil jacket.

I had the 3.1v6 which I think is even worse. Aluminum head. If you overheat it once the motor is useless. Regardless its something you should fix as soon as possible imo

Ya my old sunfire gt did the exact same thing. I believe its the same motor they use for the z24 as well. My spark plugs used to have loads of coolant and calcium deposits on it.

Yup the z24 and sunflowers gt are pretty much the same car. 2.4L dohc 4cyl. I had a older z24 with 3.1 v6 which are even worse. Fun car to drive, that thing was a torque monster!! But reliability and quality were horrible. Honda FTW

Ya the older ones were alot faster... I dont think that my car could keep up. When the motor is in though that will be a different story.
