Default signal driver side doesnt work

may seem like a noob question, my turn signal on my drivers side went out on my JDM front end teg, i cant even see the socket to take out the bulb. the fender is like covering the signal and its just not visible when i pop the hood. you guys think i have to remove the bumper and take out the entire headlight? thanks in advance

Just remove the inner fender to get to it.

turns out its not the bulb, fml, but for future integra jdm front end owners i can confirm that the size is 581 NOT a 1157 and the connecters are sort of angled so you wont find them here in canada so u gotta ebay them...looks like i got a connection problem
