Shaking @ high speeds
i drive a '91 civic HB and when i hit like 100km/h the car starts shaking, but only when the gas pedal is down. when i let go it doesnt shake anymore. U think i need a balance??? But if i did, wouldnt it always shake, even when i release the gas pedal??? My friend said maybe the engine mounts????
or the bearings are worned...
balence, if u needed mounts it would shake even at an idle
you need a big ------- spoiler to stabilize that ---- yo
wheel balance, more likely needs an alignment. worn tie rods and or ball joints
Hmm maybe
-wheel bearings -Something in the tranny -Wheel balance -Alignment But the fact it only does when the gas is down is strange - maybe tranny? I have a slight shake at 120 in my car and I think it might be my diff. so Im taking it into acura for warranty, Ill post up the result and maybe it will help you. But mine shakes with the gas down or not. |
