well i had my winter beater parked outside the whole summer and went i to move it yesterday it was stuck!!! i'm assuming seized calipers. Has anybody experience something like this if so what is the easiest fix

were the parking brakes on the whole time?

 

could be rust on the brakes...when i pulled the bakes off my parts car they were rusted to the rotors

 

yeah the hand brakes were up i should have just chalk the wheels.....
