Seat Swap - Civic to Integra?

So...
The other day my brother picked up some RSX Leather seats for his car and we just installed them over the weekend. After a long tedious process, they are finally in and looking nice in his 2004 Civic SI.

With this being said, he has the original 2004 Civic SI seats kicking around in our garage and I was wondering if there was any way I could fit them in my 1998 Acura Integra RS?

Please advise.

Thanks,
Mixed1 :D

You would need to change the rails from your seats over to them.

Spike, thanks for the tip.

I noticed that the rails on the honda rails had a 90 degree angle on where the bolts meet the floor, where as the integra rails have like a 35 degree or something along those lines.

How difficult is it to remove the rails and swap them onto the new seats? Also, are the rails all the same width?

The rails are riveted to the brackets. There are a few things you can do to get them off, the easyest is to drill the rivet, or you can grind it off. To install it back on, you can nut and bolt it, but then you take the change of not being able to slide the seat full because they are sticking up that little bit, the other way is to weld the rail back on, if you have a welder.

Thanks Spike... sounds like much effort for weak results, I guess I'll just wait for some proper racing seats.
