rsx rear seats into gen3 tegs?

im planning on putting rsx rear leather seats to my gen3 teg but wondering if its just bolt in ? or is it really alot of work/customizing needed to make it fit

was able to costomize the rsx rear leathers i did excatly what the guy did on honda tech ..
