RPM's due to speed

I've always wondered this how do the honda transmissions differ between car, I'm using an ls tranny with 16" rims and at 140 km's an hour or 87 miles an hour i'm sitting at 4000 rpm, what's your result?

Oh btw for the haters saying 140 is too fast go east into toronto in the morning between milton and mavis road, 140 is the average speed.
