Rim/Tire Question
Anyone have 205 45 R17's on their car?
I have 205 40 R17 on my car (2000 Teg) with H Techs I need some more meat between the rim and the road.... I've been lucky so far but I know a pot hole is out there with my rims name on it :) Just need to know if Im gonna run into issues (rubbing on inside once wheel is turned in ot out max) My drop is only .75 if i remember correctly! Thx RAv |
if you want more meat get a smaller rim. 17" is already too much and causes enough rubbing as it is. adding a bigger sidewall will only cause more and throw your speedometer off more than it already is.

IMO 16 is the biggest you should go on a teg.
