so would rims with n offset of 42 be good for lowering?

WildoutWhiteGSR 09-11-2005 10:48 PM

all those sizes would fit, does really matter for lowering unless ur going 3.5 inches

Ok here comes the bum question!
Off set is a measurement of what?
And I know its where the wheel is positioned
But where is it measured from?

http://wheeltool.com/info/offset.html

or

http://www.yokohamatire.com/utwheels.asp

That'll explain it better than I can.

If I remember correctly, the lower the number the further away from the car the wheel is.
