Rear Hatch trunk lid does a 94 fit a 2k teg?
 

Just wondering if a 94 hatch fit a 2k teg. are the pigtails the same for the defroster and connectors to the rear wiper blade the same?

the 94 teg hatch did not come with the lock release like the 00 tegs.

what does that mean? you mean having the ability to power unlock the trunk from inside?

The back of the 98-01 tegs have a button you can use to open the hatch in the rear on the trunk itself where you grab to open it. For the 94-97's its opened by the key or the trunk opener at the bottom of the drivers side seat where the gas lip opener lid is.

Correct me on the years if im wrong guys

A the 94-97 I think all have the cable as for the 98-01 have a electirical switch to lock and unlock and has a little switch at the bottom.
