Rattle comming from engine bay.. any ideas?

Whats up ppl.. i hope this isn't anything more then a heatshield.. but by the looks of it i doubt it. Here is the problem while driving, at around 3700-4000rpm I start to hear a rattle of some sort, and if you pass 4000rpm it goes away. but regardless what gear im in i hear a rattle at those rpm, i stopped and popped the hood and rev'd it up and i heard the rattle again.. but i cant pin point where its comming from? Any ideas? i checked to see if any heat sheilds are lose, everything seems to very tight.

Any help is appreciated
thanks guys

my header bolts tend to come loose once in awhile, get under your car and check the 3 holding in the middle of the header

^header bolts, or the bolts holding up the exhuast piping. also, check your shifter linkage.
