how long does it take the ac & radiator fan to kick in? i don't think I've ever seen them on.

 

once the engine hits a certain temp they'll kick on, usually when your parked on a hot day you'll here it

 

if you have a stock thermostat its about 155 to 175 if i recall... I cant remeber since ive changed too many thermostats lol...

let your car idle for about 5-10 mins and no fans nothing on, and when ur gauge gets to just before half way on the gauge the fan should kick in.

Its how you also test if a thermostat is good... once it kicks on it means the stat opened up.

 

it should take about 25 min tio kick in depending on weather

 

Most stock thermostats are 185
