Preping for paint
ok guys i need a little help i bought a pair of ek skirts for my da its all cut and ready to go but the only problem is its silver and i wanna paint it black how would i go to do that like prep it do i sand the paint off or can i jsut primer over the color and then paint it black ? need help please and thank you
