parking light / brake light problem
 

This is on my 4 door 95 teg…

When my ‘parking lights’ are on and I press the brakes...the brake lights only light up very faint...if there is a driver behind me, they won't know if I'm braking or not. My third brake light is always on when the 'parking lights' are on while driving or parked. Again it lights up very faintly when I press the brakes.

Could be some sort of electrical problem? I didn't make any changes to the wiring.

Any help would be appreciated.

did this happen all of a sudden G? double check to make u have the proper bulb in the tails should be a double filament bulb, you may have a single. thats weird.

that could be it, because the single filament bulb fits into the socket, perhaps causing a short.

I'll check all the bulbs. Time to get LED's for this baby too ;)

I'll let you know when I get a chance to check all them. On the sedans you gotta unscrew the cover to replace bulbs :(
