noiSe 20 - 30km
 

I hear "humming" or something only inbetween around 20-30kms an hour
when im slowing down.
Even without hitting the brakes still makes the small noise.
could it be just my tires? or something else?

to check, jack the car up and wiggle each tire horizontally, and vertically. there shouldn't be any play at all.

^true but it may also be your tires. If your car has negative camber in the front, the sound is like the wheel bearing one.
