No sound when headlights are left on?

I know its not a major issue but I've noticed that my 94' LS doesn't make that ting ting sound anymore whenever I leave my headlights on and the car is turned off.

As a matter of fact, this resulted in my battery dying once lol and making me run to the parking lot several times after realizing that I had left them on!

Now I just check my headlights before I walk away but just to make sure it doesnt happen while someone else from my family takes the car, I want to fix the problem.

I have no clue when it comes to this lol... Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Thanks
PJ

i remeber in my 92 gsr i had the same problem i dont know if its the same in the 94+ integra but ill share it anyways should be the same. when you open the door, look on the frame/post it closes into and theres a little black thing that can slide/be pushed in. unscrew it and dont let the wire that it hangs on to drop or else ur facked. then spray the ---- out of it with WD-40 n let it dry and see wat happens.

I might be able to assist you with your ting ting headlight problem while your car is off.. ting ting lol!!!!

Try this, open your driver's door and pull out your fuse box cover underneath your steering wheel...

Now find the "Interior light" and pull that fuse out...
it is a 7.5 amp fuse(dark orange)... most likely its toast... replace with the same amperage and it should work...

"Interior Light" is what makes your ting ting sound lol...

let me know...

I don't know if your car is the same as mine, but my door will only have a constant "dinging" when I have left my lights on only when the door is open. If I have my lights on with key out of the ignition nothing happens, but when I open the door I then get a constant chime.
