bad thermostat would be my first guess...

does your engine temp every get crazy high? could be a blockage in the upper hose going to the heater core, a blockage in the heater core?

new thermostat/coolant (2006)
water pump (2004)
radiator(2003)

the problem is never makes it pass the line C on the gauge, only a little bit in the middle of the summer. do all tegs do this? its strange.... With all the cars I have ever had or even worked on I have never seen this.

I would still say thermostat. Just because you replaced it 2 years ago doesn't mean it will last forever.

PS: not all tegs do that, only ones with bad thermostats or other cooling system problems.
