Do some more research:
1) A 84mm bore on a GSR won't last (need for a 2.0L). You'll have to sleeve it.
2) ITR intake manifold won't fit on your GSR head easily... sure you could do it but it's easier and more cost effective to go with a Blox, Skunk2, Edelbrock manifold.

If you're just looking for ~180-190whp, just buy a ITR swap. Get some lumpy cams and tune the ---- out of it. Once you get into internal motor work you're looking at some serious cash.

Clutch - My suggestion is a Exedy Stage 1 Organic, no nonsense and easy to drive.

why are you putting lowering springs on the front and leaving the rears stock? Going to be running a tall slick out back for the drags?
