Lights Flicker

I tried to search but no luck.. any help will be appreaciated.. Thanks

Hey i am having a problem with my taillights..
When i turn them on its ok but when i step on the breaks the driver side flickers and then when i signal it also flickers back and forth (brake and signal)..
i checked the ground wire in the back and its fine...
Any other suggestions?

Also how do i wire my JDM ITR front end lights? it used a 9006 bulb but only the headlights come on and only a low beam..no high been... How do i get the signals and fogs wired up...

Thanks,

you got a short in your wires, take a test light and find it which one and repair the wires.

You have a short (grounding problem) somewhere.

Where would i be checkin for this.... The wires in the back tail lights area or the previous owner had a system installed and there are alot of cut wires that have electrical tape on them but no purpose... in the deck area....
Thanks,

the deck area should not affect lights as its a system of its own.. electrical is tricky, the break in the wires could be near the lights it self or in the harness going to the front of the car or it could even be right near the fuse box.. u have to double check everything. u can also use a multi-meter instead of a test light, test light is just faster.

Check the harness in the rear for any breaks or cuts.

Try unpluggin the harness and see what happens...sometimes there's some corrosion around the terminals and unplugging and plugging it back in will remove some of it
