Question Lighter?

Ok, so I bought a mini-vacuum for my car. It's supposed to be powered by plugging it into the cigarette igniter in the car, but it's not working? Anyone know what the problem could be? The vacuum works in my friends lighter plug, but not mine?

try starting the car, or turning the key to accessories.

you take out the ash tray then you will have three screws you take them out and OMG YOU JUST TAKEN THE ASSEMBLY APART ... pretty simple ...you might want to move plug in a 360 degree motion you might be able to make it work like that

lol if u want a live feed all the time just take the power wire for the cig and run a wire direct to the battery or constant power source (alarm, amp + wire, etc)
